A yin and yang of experiences for our presenters this week! Nicola had some challenges in completing her Full Ponty at Pont y Bala parkrun in North Wales whilst Danny had a whirlwind of fun celebrating things at Quakers Walk parkrun in Wiltshire. They also ponder virtual run reports too.
